Rules of procedure

The G-BA rules of procedure primarily regulate the methodological requirements for the scientific assessment of the benefit, necessity, and cost-effectiveness of measures as a basis for resolutions. They also contain regulations on requirements of proof that experts are independent, as well as on hearing procedures for directives, in particular the selection of persons or bodies to be heard and the type, manner, and evaluation of the hearing.
